4-Week Adult Beginner Sailing Course
About This Experience
Learn to sail — no experience needed!
Join us for four fun, interactive 3-hour sessions where you’ll learn the basics of sailing in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. Whether you’re looking for a new hobby, outdoor adventure, or a way to meet new people, this course is for you.
We’ll focus on rigging, handling, knot tying, sail trim, tacking, jibing, docking, safety, and rules on the water.
Experienced instructors provide a blended learning experience of classroom and on the water instruction. Upon course completion, students will be able to confidently and skillfully skipper a Cape Cod Mercury 14 in mild to moderate winds. Come aboard and sail with confidence!
